Tania Cammarano & Nongkrong Festival

For our Tips from the Kitchen segment, Lucy chats with Moira, one of the team behind the Nongkrong festival about the way food is able to generate a rare and important form of hanging out, trying to figure out ways to lean into island time when you have a calendar stuffed with google meets, the ability to create dialogue between diaspora through cooking and how congee can act as a form of mutual aid.

Then, for our Potluck segment, Lily speaks to Naarm based food historian Tania Cammarano. We discussed all things coffee, pasta and Italian influence as well as the culture of food and its lineage.
