For our Tips from the Kitchen segment this week, Lily speaks with Adele Arkell, the managing director and mind behind St Kilda's beloved Radio Mexico.

Adele and Lily discuss Radio Mexico’s desire to diversify Melbourne’s understanding of Mexican cuisine and what Melb-Mex means.

Then, for our Potluck segment, Kaspar looks into the psychology behind why we find certain foods comforting, and why others might bring up strong nostalgic memories. 

This Potluck features a chat with special guest Kate Simpson from Bond University, and a trip down memory lane for Kaspar  - that ends with a delicious spicy red lentil soup on the table.
